How fast is your turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from shoot completion. Essential packages typically deliver in 24 hours. Luxury packages with twilight, drone video, and 3D tours run 36-48 hours. Need it sooner? We offer rush delivery (next-morning) for a 25% rush fee.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?

Interior photography proceeds rain or shine. For exterior shots and drone aerials, we reschedule at no charge if conditions would compromise quality. We also offer "sky replacement" editing for exteriors when the sky doesn't cooperate but everything else is right. Twilight shoots are weather-dependent and rescheduled if cloud cover is heavy.

Are you licensed to fly drones?

Yes. Our drone pilots hold current FAA Part 107 commercial certifications and carry liability insurance. We check airspace restrictions for every shoot location. Some properties (near airports, in controlled airspace, or in HOA-restricted zones) may require an LAANC authorization or flight waiver, which we handle.

What virtual tour platform do you use?

We deliver 3D virtual tours hosted on Matterport (industry standard, accepted by every MLS we work with). You get a shareable link, embed code for your listing site, and downloadable still frames. Tours stay live for the duration of the listing and can be transferred at close.

What format are the photos delivered in?

Web-optimized JPEGs sized for every major MLS (Bright MLS, MRIS, BRIGHT, regional boards), Zillow, Realtor.com, and social media. Both horizontal and vertical crops. Delivered via cloud link — download once, use anywhere. We retain a backup copy for 90 days.

Do you stage the property?

We do light styling on shoot day — opening blinds, turning on lamps, repositioning small items, dressing the bed. Full staging (furniture, art, accessories) is handled by your stager before our arrival. If you need stager referrals in DMV or NoVA, we have partners we trust.
